How to use CID
When your phone is ringing you will see CID information in the display. You can press the CID selection button to change from Name/Number/Date  & Time.
 
How to operate CID Logs
If you have new CID calls your CID indication button will be lit. To see how many new / old CID calls Press the CID selection button.
To scroll through the 20 new calls then 20 old calls Press the CID indication button. Press the CID selection button to change from Name/Number/Date  & Time.
 
How to dial CID Numbers
Find number you want to call in CID logs. Pick up handset & press CID Indication button. The system will dial last number you were looking at.
If the number needed a 1 in front of the area code or the number was a local number and you needed to remove the area code  you can modify the CID number by dialing 1 or to delete CID area code by pushing Hold button.
 
How to clear CID Logs
To clear all CID logs lift handset & dial 70 * #
To clear 1 number. Press CID Indication button find number you want to delete and press transfer button to delete.

How to set Time & Date

Digital KX-TD308, KX-TD816, KX-TD1232, Analog KX-TA1232

bulletUse phone with intercom number 11, 101, or designated "manager's" phone. It will change the time for all phones.

bulletDial programming access code (probably *#1234)
bulletPress NEXT. 
bulletPress NEXT. 
bulletFollow screen prompts to replace improper numbers. 
bulletPress AUTO DIAL/STORE.
bulletPress HOLD. 
bulletPress PROGRAM.

Analog KX-T308, KX-T616

bulletUse phone with intercom number 11. It will change the time for all phones. 
bulletKeep handset down and press INTERCOM button. 
bulletDial 77. 
bulletDial the hour, with two digits (e.g. 03 for 3 o'clock). 
bulletDial the minutes, with two digits (e.g. 07 if it is now 7 minutes after the hour). 
bulletDial 0 for AM or 1 for PM.

Analog KX-TA624

bulletUse phone with intercom number 101. It will change the time for all phones.
bulletMove MEMORY switch on rear from SET to PROGRAM.

bulletPress NEXT ("Sp-phone")
bulletPress Right Arrow ("FWD/DND") four times until you see the time displayed
bulletChange the hour with the keypad
bulletPress Right Arrow ("FWD/DND") to reach the minutes field
bulletChange minutes with the keypad, if necessary
bulletPress AUTO DIAL/STORE
bulletPress HOLD
bulletMove MEMORY switch on rear from PROGRAM to SET.

Analog KX-T123211D

bulletUse phone with intercom number 101 (probably the receptionist's phone). It will change the time for all phones. 
bulletMove MEMORY switch on back of that phone to PROGRAM. 
bulletKeep handset down and press 0 on touch-tone dial. 
bulletDial year with two digits (e.g. 97 for 1997). 
bulletDial month with two digits (e.g. 01 for January). 
bulletDial date with two digits (e.g. 03 if today is the third day of the month). 
bulletDial day with one digit (1 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday, 3 for Wednesday, 4 for Thursday, 5 for Friday, 6 for Saturday, 0 for Sunday). 
bulletDial hour with two digits (i.e. 01 for 1 o'clock). 
bulletDial minutes with two digits (i.e. 07 for 7 minutes). 
bulletDial 0 for AM, or 1 for PM 
bulletPress either AUTO DIAL/STORE or AUTO/MEMORY, depending on your phone. 
bulletMove MEMORY switch on back of phone to SET.

Voice Processing Systems

bulletCall the extension number for the voice processing system (normally 165 on the KX-TD816/1232 and KX-TA1232, and 295 on the D308. On the KX-TA624,  try 107, 108, 115, or 116.)
